British Columbia Invites 74 Immigration Candidates in Latest Tech Pilot Draw

British Columbia has sent out 74 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residents on February 9, 2021.

The BC PNP, which stands for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program, Tech Pilot Draw was the one that issued out the invitations.

Selected candidates under the Express Entry British Columbia and Skills Immigration categories were the ones that got them.

The candidates in the draw belonged to the Skilled Worker and International Graduate subcategories.

They needed a minimum provincial score of 80 to get an invitation.

The February 9 draw saw the minimum score remain in the low 80s.

This has been the case for Tech Pilot draws since the beginning of this year.

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program Tech Pilot is a fast-track immigration pathway for in-demand tech workers and international students.

The Tech Pilot project was introduced in the year 2017.

It has been extended a number of times and it will be sending out invitations until the June of 2021.
