Connect Canon mg3600 wireless setup


  • Make sure that the Canon Pixma MG3600 printer
    is turned on.
  • Press the Wi-Fi button on the control panel of the printer and hold it till the On lamp flashes.
  • Tap the Color button and the Wconnection canoni-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light flashes for
  • the ⁠Canon MG3600 wireless setup⁠ process.
  • The Power lamp will be lit once the Wireless feature has been enabled.
  • Download the drivers from this site by clicking the Driver Download button.
  • Download the file and run the .exe file once the download is complete.
  • Double-click on the printer driver setup files and tap Yes in the User Account Control screen.
  • Choose the Start Setup option available in the Initial screen that appears.
  • Select your Country on the next screen and accept the License Agreement after you read it.
  • On the Select Connection Method screen, you have to choose the connection type as Wireless LAN Connection.



  • Tap the Next option.
  • Highlight the checkbox near the Connect via Wireless router option in the proceeding screen.
  • The list of networks available will be displayed on the next screen. Check if your Canon MG3600 printer is selected and choose a network of your choice.
  • Enter the security key in the required field and click Connect.
  • Click the Next option on the Setup Complete screen.
  • From the Software Installation list that appears next, you have to choose the additional software that has to be installed on your system.
  • Once the software installation is complete, click the Exit button to finish the Canon Pixma MG3620 wireless setup process.


  • Check if your router has a WPS button available.
  • Also, check if your network is using the WPA or WPA2 security protocol.
  • Ensure that the Canon Pixma MG3620 printer is turned on.
  • Tap the Wi-Fi button and hold it until the Alarm Lamp blinks once for the Canon Pixma MG3600 wifi setup
  • The light near the Wi-Fi lamp should blink in blue color. When this happens, go to the router and press the WPS button.
  • The button has to be pressed within two minutes. Else, the connection will fail.
  • Check if the Wi-Fi lamp blinks. If it blinks, then the printer is searching for the available networks.
  • The Power lamp and the Wi-Fi light will blink when it connects to the wireless router.
  • Wait till the connection is established. After the successful Canon Pixma MG3600 wireless setup connection, the Power light and the Wi-Fi lamps will stop blinking and become steady.
