6. Keep it backed up

You should avoid third-party apps which ask for personal information, and you should also only install them from a verified source such as the Play Store.
9. Don’t stay logged in
Make sure that you log out of the system when your session ends. Staying logged in on a computer almost makes sure that your information gets stolen.
10. Use two-step verification
Now organizations like Google, Facebook, and Whatsapp are allowing two-step verification in which an OTP is sent to your preferred email or mobile number. Enable this option, if it is available.
