Updating Windows to the Newest Version

You should follow the directions provided below:

  3. After that, select the ‘Update & Security’ option.
  4. Click on the ‘Check for updates’ button.
  5. Later, you have to wait until Windows finishes downloading the updates.

Ensure that the Right Output Settings are Used

  2. Thereafter, select the System option and then go to the Display option.

  5. Now, hit the Duplicate button and check whether a secondary monitor is operating or not.

Updating Display Drivers

  4. You should select the graphics card, and right-click on it.
  5. Click on the ‘Update driver’ option.

  7. Now, you have to wait until Windows downloads the updated drivers.

Install the Display Drivers Again

  1. Reach the Windows icon, and right-click on it then choose the Device Manager.
  2. Thereafter, extend the section of ‘Display adapters.’
  3. Go to the display adapter and right-click on it.
  4. Choose the Uninstall device option.
  5. Then mark the box of ‘Delete the driver software for this device.’
  6. Now, click on the Uninstall button and restart the system.

Using System Restore Point

You should follow the directions provided below:

  1. Open the Windows Search section.
  2. After that, input ‘Create a Restore Point’ into it and select the OK button.
  3. Select the tab of ‘System Protection.’
  4. You should choose the ‘System Restore’ option and select the ‘Choose a different restore point’ option.
  5. Then hit the Next button.
  6. You have to pick the ‘Show more restore points’ option.
  7. Now, select one of the restore points and click on the Next button.
