  • First of all, you have to sign in on the RingCentral dashboard.
  • After that, you should choose Users and Add Users.
  • You have to choose between Domestic and International according to your location.
  • Then you should choose between “Add Users With Phones” or “Add Users Without Phones” according to the requirement.
  • You should input the number of extensions users you would like to add, the state in that they will be found, their local area code.
  • After that, choose A Device and select a current purchase phone, desktop phone, or another device.
  • If you would like to add the extension, choose Add.
  • You should choose Next to begin the procedure.
