How to Change Outlook Password Without a Phone Number

Method 3:


  • First, you have to open the Microsoft Account reset password page to change your Outlook password.
  • Click on ‘I forgot my password’ link and then hit ‘Next’.
  • Now enter your Microsoft Account and type the given captcha.
  • Then you have to select how you want to receive the reset code. If don’t have a phone number associated with your account you can select a backup email account to receive the code.
  • After receiving the reset code, enter it to proceed towards the password reset page.
  • Now, enter the new password twice to set it for your Outlook account.
