How to create an email signature?

  1. First, you need to open the Mail application on your computer.
  2. After that, go to the Menu bar.
  3. Select the Mail option.
  4. Now, choose Preferences.
  5. Select the Signatures option at the top.
  6. From the left-hand pane, choose the email account for which you wish to create the signature.
  7. Hit the Plus icon located below the center column.
  8. Add a name for the email signature that is to be created.
  9. This name shall show up in the Signature context menu when you compose a message.
  10. Move to the preview area and start creating the email signature.
  11. To change the layout or font, move to the Format menu.
  12. To convert text into a link or to check the spellings, move to the Edit menu.
  13. You can just drag and drop pictures.
  14. You may opt for having the email signature match the default email font.

Steps for deleting an email signature

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Go to the Menu Bar.
  3. Click on Mail.
  4. Go to Preferences and click on Signature.
  5. In the left-hand column, choose the email account.
  6. Or else, click on All Signature.
