Crushing process: limestone – vibrating feeder – jaw crusher – impact crusher – vibrating screen – conveyor – finished product
Limestone is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The materials after primary crushing and the small materials screened by the vibrating feeder are transported to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor, crushed (medium and fine crushing) by the impact crusher, and then screened by the round vibrating screen after the impact crushing: the larger particles of limestone are returned to the impact crusher for further crushing, The qualified particle size materials shall be graded according to the demand and transported to different storage piles by conveyor belt for storage or directly transported to the construction site by truck.
