Reboot the Printer

Check the Ink Cartridges

  5. Now, click on the Next button.

Configure the Printer Spooler Service

Follow the directions mentioned below.

  1. Go to windows search.
  2. Then select the Services option.
  3. Choose Printer Spooler and twice click on it.
  4. After that, hit the Stop button and choose the OK option.
  5. Launch the “Windows File Explorer’ by pressing the Windows and E keys.
  6. Navigate to ‘C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS’ and remove each file in this folder.
  7. Hold the Windows key to launch the Search section and input ‘Services’ into it.
  8. Double-click on Print spooler.
  9. Later, hit the Start button and change the start type to Automatic.
  10. Click on the OK button.
