Today I am going to tell you that how to install a privacy screen in your garden and other places. You have to follow these below mentioned steps to install a privacy screen.

Step 1

Choose your screen’s size and location. Place the end posts and plastic panels side by side. The outside edges of the end panels must be flush with the end posts. Drill 500mm-deep holes in each end position using a post hole digger.

Step 2

One of the end holes should receive the end of one post. Check that the bubbles on both sides are appropriately spaced between the lines before attaching the post leveller to the post. The post is therefore square in both directions. While someone else holds the post in place, pour water and concrete into the hole and mix as directed on the box. Recheck for plumb, then leave the area aside to dry. Represent the polar opposite of the spectrum.

Step 3

Using set-out paint, mark the panel’s width (1205mm in this example) from the outside of one end post. The following post will focus on this. Then, mark each panel’s width for the remaining post centres. Make holes there that are 500mm deep.

Step 4

A tight stringline is used to join the top and bottom end posts together. Between the post and the stringlines at either end, insert a 10mm packer. Using the remaining posts, fill up the remaining gaps. Using a packer as a guide, place the remaining posts 10mm apart from the stringlines at the top and bottom. (This gap stops one of the posts from going over the line and off-screen.) Verify that the posts are level before pouring concrete and allowing it to cure as instructed in Step 2.

Step 5

To fit between the top and bottom posts, rails must be cut. Make the top rails coincident with the tops of the posts. The length of the panel’s posts should next be measured to determine the location of the bottom rails’ underside. Rails should be nailed into position using a nail gun. The posts and railings need to be painted. Let it dry naturally.

Step 6

The panel’s height (in this example, 2450 mm) from the bottom of one end post should be measured and marked. Transfer this level to all other posts, and if necessary, use a power saw to remove the tops of the posts where necessary.

Step 7

One panel should be clamped to one end post such that it is flush with the post on all sides. Posts and rails should be fastened using countersunk screws. Rep for the other panels, making sure they are all in alignment.
