Introduction of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe spiral welded steel pipe

The base materials of anticorrosive steel pipes are straight seam steel pipes and spiral steel pipes. Inner wall anti-corrosion coating: In order to prevent corrosion in the pipe, reduce friction resistance, and increase the throughput, the film is applied to the inner wall of the pipe. Commonly used coatings are amine cured epoxy resin and polyamide epoxy resin. Anticorrosive and thermal insulation coating: In order to reduce the heat dissipation of the pipeline to the soil, a composite layer of thermal insulation and anticorrosion is added to the outside of the pipeline on the medium and small diameter heat transmission source oil or fuel oil pipeline. The commonly used insulation material is rigid polyurethane foam. If the outer protective pipe is a polyethylene pipe, there is no need to do anti-corrosion.

The main equipment of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe: steel pipe buffer platform, pipe transfer unit, tractor, pipe-piercing machinery, high-pressure gun generator, repair platform, transmission line, steel pipe preheating furnace, shot blasting machine main engine inspection platform and branch steel pipe return transmission Line, fast-forward roller set, fast-out roller, maintenance platform, etc. The production process of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe is to spray a layer of epoxy primer on the surface of the steel pipe, and then send the steel pipe into the coating area at a certain rotation speed. An extruder extrudes the adhesive film according to a certain thickness and density and winds it on the steel pipe. On the surface, when the adhesive is still in a molten state, the second extruder extrudes the polyethylene film and wraps it around the adhesive to form a coating. The structure of the three-layer PE anticorrosive layer is: the bottom layer is FBE, about 50-127μm, the middle layer is copolymer glue, about 200μm, and the outer layer is polyethylene, about 3mm. 3PE anti-corrosion includes three anti-corrosion layers. These three anti-corrosion layers refer to epoxy powder layer, adhesive layer, polyethylene anti-corrosion layer, and 3PE anti-corrosion construction must have professional anti-corrosion personnel and use professional anti-corrosion equipment.

3PE anti-corrosion operations are basically carried out in anti-corrosion steel pipe factories, and generally cannot be carried out on-site. Reinforced 3PE anti-corrosion refers to the anti-corrosion grade of 3PE, and also refers to the thickness of 3PE anti-corrosion. Anti-corrosion with a thickness greater than or equal to 1.0mm can be said to be enhanced anti-corrosion. 3PE anti-corrosion also has elbows or irregular pipe bodies. It is impossible to use 3PE anti-corrosion technology. In such a situation, it is better to use heat shrinkable tape to replace 3PE anti-corrosion. Now a small amount of 3PE anti-corrosion cannot be completed with professional equipment. At this time, only heat shrinkable tape can be used instead . The three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anticorrosive coating has been widely used in the petroleum pipeline industry due to its good corrosion resistance, water vapor permeability and mechanical properties. An anti-corrosion layer of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe is very important to the life of buried pipelines. Some pipelines of the same material will not corrode after being buried in the ground for decades, and some will leak in a few years. It is because they use different outer anti-corrosion layers. Anticorrosive steel pipes are widely used in the pipeline engineering fields of my country’s petroleum, chemical, natural gas, heat, sewage treatment, water sources, bridges, and steel structures. Municipal engineering: suitable for high-rise building water supply, heating network heating, tap water engineering, gas transportation, buried water transportation and other pipelines. Petroleum: Petroleum pipelines, process pipelines for transporting corrosive media in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, printing and dyeing industries. Sewage treatment: sewage treatment discharge pipes, sewage pipes and anti-corrosion engineering of biological ponds. Agriculture: agricultural irrigation pipes, deep well pipes, drainage pipes and other networks.

astm a53b pipe is intended mechanical and pressure applications, but is also acceptable for and widely used in air, water, steam, and gas lines. A53 pipe is suitable for welding.
