  • Start from low temperature – The average temperature ranges between 100˚F- 150˚F. Beginners must start from a lower level to improve their temperature with each session.
  • Time limit – Set the timer of the sauna before entering it. 20 to 30 minutes is the recommended time for each session. Staying too long may risk the individual’s health. For conviction, a sunlighten portable sauna is an easy option.       
  • After the session – After every session, let your body cool down first, then take a shower and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Rain rinses the toxins from the skin and prevents penetration of it into the skin.
  • The number of sessions – Consult your therapist for the required sessions. Do not overdo it. More than four weekly sessions may lead to excessive dehydration and weakness.
