One-Day Healthy Menu: Breakfast to Dinner

Eating tasty is not sufficient but eating healthy is. It happens several times a day when we have cravings for some tasty dishes but our gym trainer prohibits eating them. Why not try something healthy as well as tasty? You can look for some easy healthy meals among a plethora of options.

Let me help you with some healthy meals recipe for one day starting from breakfast to dinner. Start your breakfast with an easy Panini Sandwich recipe. Take a non-stick grill pan and cook Capsicum, Onions, and Nutrilite Classic for a minute. Add green and yellow Zucchini slices and salt to it. Allow 3-4 minutes for cooking.
