  • 2 ½ cups besan,
  • 1 tsp of baking powder,
  • ¼ tsp green cardamom powder,
  • 1 ¾ cups powdered sugar,

  • ¼ cup yoghurt.

Method: Initially preheat the oven. On the other hand, refine besan flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder in a bowl. Take another bowl to make a paste of Nutralite and sugar. Add both the mixture together and blend properly. After the process of blending, add yoghurt to it and stir well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Bring the mixture out of the refrigerator and divide it into chunks. After giving a proper shape, put it on the baking tray. Bake it for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. After baking is completed, remove the cookies from the oven and let it cool down. Serve it and you can also store it in an airtight container.

To serve 4-5 people, you will need the following measurements of different ingredients.

For the dough, you need:

  • 1 cup of wheat flour,
  • Nutralite classic,
  • Salt, and water.
  • For the filling:
  • Green Peas,
  • Grated garlic and ginger,
  • Green chillies,
  • Chopped coriander powder,
  • Cumin powder, and
  • Nutralite table spread.

Method: To make the dough, add flour, a small pinch of salt, few drops of melted Nutralite classic, keep kneading pouring water as much needed to make proper dough.

To make the filling: Take a pan and add drops of oil and heat it. Add and cook the mustard seeds, grated ginger, and garlic in the pan. Keep adding coriander powder, chopped green chillies, salt as per taste, cumin powder, and ground peas, Cook for 5 minutes. Make small sized Roti from the dough and place the filling inside each one of them. Seal the ends and apply Nutralite on the balls before baking. Place all the balls in a baking tray and place it inside the preheated oven (180 degrees for 8 minutes) and bake for 10-15 mins. Once the baking is complete, remove the Kachoris from the tray after little cooling.
