1.Material problem

2. Size problem
Many customers have basically no technical support for testing. For example, the 90 degree elbow, the conventional is R = 1.5D, but in general, the Wenzhou market basically produces molds of 1.25D, do not underestimate the weight of the material inside the 0.25D ~ ~ is very different. It is also the so-called factory standard, much shorter than the standard.

3. Thickness problem
Of course, the current customers are very smart, they will use the caliper to measure the thickness, although sometimes the customer feels barely up to the standard after inspection, but ignores the point that the thickness of the back arc is not enough! ! ! Because the elbow push process will reduce the wall, so the caliber is barely up to standard, and the back is basically unqualified. Generally speaking, the experts know that the 114X3.5 elbow will use 114X4 thick tubes to produce. If the factory purchases a little thinner, the natural loss will be reduced a lot, but the product will become the above-mentioned illusory, the surface is up to standard.

4. Solution treatment and non-destructive testing Rolling sand treatment and sandblasting
Many manufacturers in the market do not do solution treatment and 100% penetration non-destructive testing, and many of them use sandblasting instead of rolling sand. After eliminating these steps, the cost is greatly reduced.

5. Welding seamless
Seamless welding is the elbow of welding. After sanding and grinding, there is no sign of welding on the surface. Even with advanced flaw detection equipment, it can not be seen that it is a welding elbow.

6. Spot welding, repair welding
Thinning will occur during the process of elbow pushing, so in general, manufacturers will use thicker pipes. If a thin raw material is used, the production will definitely fail. Under normal circumstances, there are about 40 filaments. If the technology is not good or the drawn pipe is used, the thickness is obviously lower than the standard.
At this time, if the welding wire of the same material is used, the thickness of the welding wire is insufficient, and the welding is performed to a certain thickness to smooth the sandblasting. Where there is a crack, the repair welding is adopted, and even if the steel pipe with a large opening is used, it can be compensated once.
