Use Google Community Support
If you can’t find help with what Google posted, consider going to its forums or asking.
- First you need to go to the Support.google.com page, select the icon of the Google product or service with the problem, and then click on it.
- Now on the next page, you have to click on the word Community, on the top left of the screen.
- There will be multiple categories with multiple answer questions displayed on the community page; You’ll need to browse for answers, or type a question in the search bar describing your problem in the center of the page.
