Next, pay attention to the sides of your face. Use the same circular motion that you used to massage your lymph area. Move your fingers down the sides of your jaw then move along to the corners of your mouth up to near your nostrils and then over your cheekbones.

While massaging, do not push your skin down. Just gently push your skin up, then out and keep doing it for at least a minute.

Step 5

Keeping the circular motion intact, next, we move on to the forehead. Begin at the temples and start moving your fingers inwards towards the center of your forehead, and then push out. Continue this motion for one minute.

Step 6

Further, gently massage the area near your eyes. Start at the arch of your brows and glide your fingers around the outer region of your eyes, moving on to the area under the eyes, and ending at the inside corners of your eyes. Make sure to use your ring finger only.

Make a full circle by moving further up the sides of your nose and reaching finally to the brow lines where you began. Continue for one minute.

This massage is essentially helpful in getting rid of puffiness around the eyes.

Step 7

Go back to step 1 and repeat every step at least once again. Give special attention to each part of your skin for it to give you the best results. After your massage, your skin will look glowing, younger, brighter.
